現今香港及全球因新冠病毒感染處於一個罕有的恐慌及焦慮狀態。香港慧觀禪修會希望藉由每天早、晚的線上巴利念誦及禪修靜坐,來促進大家以正見、正志以及正念去引領每天的生活及工作。

 

每天早上8-9點及晚上10-10:30(5月11日開始),我們會用zoom會議功能線上上共修。大約15-20分鐘的南傳巴利文念誦,然後靜坐(無導師指導)。如果有事,中途可以自行離開。除念誦外,全程止語。

 

巴利課誦會由淺入深,由少至多。除了有中、英文注解外,並附有中文注音。歡迎有興趣人士參加。

線上共修守則

線上共修提供了大家相互支持居家修習的方便,但為了促使有效修行氛圍及環境,我們希望所有參加者可以遵守以下指引:

  • 如果您是第一次參加,請提前10分鐘上線,留出時間與主持人進行所需要互動。

  • 打開手機或電腦攝像頭,參與集體共修!

  • 更新您在視窗的名字,以便其他人知道您的參與。

  • 選擇在安靜、無外人進出的地方參加共修,這樣可以保證大家的環境清靜。

為了保障開放並安全的空間,主持人會:不設Zoom 錄音或錄像功能。

During this difficult pandemic time of increasing global uncertainty and stress, HKIMS would like to invite you to join our daily morning and evening online chanting and silent meditation sessions as a resource for us to navigate our days with more awareness and wholesome intention.

 

Every morning from 8am to 9am, and every evening (starting Monday 11th May 2020) from 10pm to 10:30pm we will meet online via Zoom and start with a short period (~15-20 min) of chanting covering texts and teachings from the Pali Canon under Theravadan tradition, starting from the basics.

 

We will offer the opportunities to chant in Pali, Chinese and English, followed by a period of meditation together in silence (personal practice without instructions). You are welcome to sit for as long as you are able to and leave our Zoom meeting quietly as and when you wish.

Guidelines For Online Zoom Meetings

We offer these sessions to provide a space for experienced meditators and beginners to support one another through active participation and sharing.  In order to facilitate this, we ask all attendees to adhere to the following guidelines:-

  • Attend 10mins before the session starts, especially if you are new to the group and / or a beginner - this enables the facilitators to give some orientation and introduction before the session commences formally at 8:00am and 10pm

  • Enable your device camera - this is particularly important if you are relatively new to the group so that we can support and get to know one another better

  • Update your screen name, so that people know how to refer to you

  • Attend from an environment that is as peaceful and quiet as possible - this is beneficial both to your practice and experience of the session, as it is for other participants

To help enable an open and safe practice environment for all, the host will ensure: Recording functions within the Zoom platform are disabled for all participants​.
