活動詳情 About The Event
We are excited to invite you and your friends to a weekend of mindfulness practice with us at the beautiful Fa Hong Monastery on Lantau Island, Hong Kong.
Experience your first retreat, or deepen your existing practice with us as we will guide you through a range of mindfulness practices including guided sitting meditation, mindful walking, mindful working (outdoor or indoor), mindful eating, and relational mindfulness.
To support Pausing and Relaxing, we will be offering a space free of social speech and digital devices.
Who is this for:
- This retreat is for people with an interest in experiencing mindfulness practice in a retreat setting. This is also a good opportunity for those who have done previous Mindfulness courses/programs who wish to rejuvenate and deepen their practice through a retreat.
- Beginners to retreat practice and/or mindfulness are welcome, as long as you:
- Attend the whole retreat without being late or leaving early.
- Are open to following the retreat guidelines (including noble silence) and schedule with curiosity and willingness to learn.
In order to cover the costs of food, logistics, hiring a cook and facilities for the retreat, there will be a fee of HK$500 (HK$250 per day).
The teachers are offering their time, energy, support, and sharing of knowledge and experience in the spirit of generosity and appreciate your financial support by donation.
