This non-residential one- or two-day insight dialogue retreat will be held at the Hong Kong Buddhist Association Chan Ma Mee York Memorial Camp close to Tung Chung MTR station. It is suitable for mindfulness meditation practitioners with prior experience of insight dialogue practice.

When Buddha was asked how to achieve a state in which the stress of the world does not take us, the Buddha answered: 'by not hesitating and by not standing still.'
We invite you to investigate this curious riddle, which can help us navigate the ups and downs in our lives.
In this optional one- or two-day non-residential retreat (registration is possible for either of the two days, or for both days), we will explore the power of the relational dhamma. We will practice silent and walking meditation, sit in pairs or triads, and speak and listen in a way that creates conditions for transformation and insights, supported by the insight dialogue guidelines.
This retreat is open to mindfulness meditation practitioners who have previously completed either an introductory course to insight dialogue or completed an in-person insight dialogue retreat at Fa Hong monastery. This retreat is not suitable for meditators…
