It is our great pleasure to inform you that Insight Dialogue teachers Dave Leggatt and Beth Faria will again be leading a retreat at Fa Hong Monastery over Christmas holidays 2024. We are so excited! Please join us in this rare opportunity to have an in-person Insight Dialogue retreat in Hong Kong!
The theme of this retreat is Finding Freedom Together.
There is a simple truth in the core of the dhamma teaching: The distress we experience at any given moment is related to the degree to which we’re grasping onto something.
On this retreat, we will explore how in practice, together, we can draw on the Buddha’s teachings of the Brahma Viharas to cultivate a space free from attachment and how, from that base of freedom, we can investigate the deep teachings on causes and conditions.
