It is our great pleasure to inform you that Insight Dialogue teachers Dave Leggatt and Beth Faria will again be leading a retreat for ID Peer group leaders and facilitators at Fa Hong Monastery over Christmas holidays 2024. We are so excited! Please join us in this rare opportunity to have an in-person Insight Dialogue retreat in Hong Kong!
Insight Dialogue (ID) is a practice aiming to cultivate freedom from suffering through relational Dhamma, kindness, and compassion. Insight Dialogue harnesses the power of relationship to amplify, refine, and accelerate the development of mindfulness. It helps the wisdom of Dhamma to enter the heart and mind in an immediate and embodied way.
This is a 4-day residential retreat which starts on Tuesday, December 31st and will finish on Friday, January 3rd.
Applications are open to Insight Dialogue Peer group leaders and Facilitators only.
